Palmico Sound The water grows more and more clear the farther away from the swampland you go. Glorious sunsets illuminate the water with brilliant reds and oranges, if it's not raining. The weather over Palmico is even more treacherous than in the Swamp and Jordon, storms gather and strike in seconds. It is always wise to check weather forecasts before going out on the Sound. The Swamp Dark things lurk here, old things, forsaken things. It is a dangerous, confusing place. A foot of water constantly covers the soggy ground. Mist cloaks the landscape, and the few trees that brake the endless dull green underbrush are short and stunted, twisted by fierce winds off the Sound. The Town Small, close, happy and friendly; the town is a huge contrast to it's appearance and drab landscape. Everyone whose anyone knows everyone, word travels faster than even the internet can deliver, and any electronics manufactured after World War II are guaranteed to give out the moment you cruise down it's exit. Jordon

Jordon is a small, tightly knit community conventionality located in the middle of a wildlife preserve. The buildings here are tall and mostly brick, once bright colors dulled to browns and grays and dull greens by the surrounding swamplands. The streets are narrow, winding and everything is well drained and clean enough. Everything is aligned to catch the cool sea breezes off Palmico Sound, and often the ferocious and treacherous storms flood those who stray to close.
